Recently, my Windows can't boot and now I have to repair it with Windows Installer.
But, here's the problem, the internet in SEA region is currently slow because of broken AAG cable and the download time for the drivers is so long.
Do Apple have any alternative downloads for the drivers? Because I need to use Windows in the next few days.

What I meant was did Apple have any alternative download links for Boot Camp drivers. Because those links might help me download much more faster.
Your download speed is dependent upon your Internet provider. Apple's servers are capable of very high speed. The limitation is at your end. You could look for a better connection at your local Apple retailer or ask if they will provide copies of the needed software.
